Data controls and deletion

Creators can disconnect platform access, revoke authorization at the source, remove local records, and request deletion of information controlled by TradingCardMD.

Revoking access stops future API use.

Disconnecting inside TCOS and revoking access in the platform account are separate controls. For the most complete disconnection, perform both.

Disconnect inside TCOS

  1. Open TCOS on the computer where the account was connected.
  2. Open Settings, then Social Publishing or Connected Accounts.
  3. Select YouTube or TikTok.
  4. Choose Disconnect or Revoke and confirm.
  5. Review the local publishing history and remove platform-specific operational records if that option is available.

Revoke Google and YouTube access

Visit your Google Account’s third-party connections page, locate TCOS by TradingCardMD, and remove access. Google provides current controls at myaccount.google.com/connections .

Revoke TikTok access

Open TikTok, then go to Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions. Select TCOS by TradingCardMD and remove access. TikTok may update the name or location of these controls.

Remove local TCOS information

TCOS stores core operational data on the computer where it is installed. Removing an online authorization does not automatically erase local records or backups. Use TCOS data controls before uninstalling. If you configured backups, review and remove the corresponding copies from the backup destination as well.

Request deletion from TradingCardMD

Email support@tradingcardmd.com with the subject “TCOS data deletion request.” Include the connected platform, the channel or account identifier, and enough information for us to verify the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, or government identification unless specifically and securely requested.

We will acknowledge a valid request and delete information controlled by TradingCardMD unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving an active dispute. Data held directly by Google, YouTube, TikTok, or another third party must be managed through that service.
